Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
